Faulty or damaged items
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org providing as much information as possible. Alternatively if you prefer you can give us a ring on the contact details here. We may ask you to send us proof of damaged or faulty items and will guide you on how you can do this when you make contact with us.
We may request the return of faulty or damaged goods and will issue a return or replacement within 7 working days of receipt (usually much faster). If an item proves to be faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of you returning it to us.
Please ensure you get proof of postage as we can’t issue a refund or exchange for goods we haven’t received back. Please note that we can’t refund or replace any misused or mistreated items, or items that show an undue level of wear and tear.
If you have ordered something and decide that you don’t want it you have 14 days to let us know, then a further 14 days to return it at your expense. We will issue a refund within 7 days of our receipt of the goods, minus any postage costs incurred by us. Please contact us on 01138 730 118 before returning any products.
All items must be unopened and the packaging must be in its original condition. Please ensure you get proof of postage as we can’t issue a refund for goods we haven’t received back. Clearly mark any return with your name and initial order number.
Please note that we CANNOT accept any returns of certain items if they are unwanted. These include unwanted personalised items or gifts, unless we have made an error and perishable items, such as bath and toiletry gift sets.
