Using the website

If you are having any problems whilst on our website, we will be happy to help you resolve any issues – please get in touch on the details listed here. To help us help you we will ask you questions about how you are accessing our website, like:

  • Your browser – if you’re not sure which you use we can help you find out
  • What device you are using (this might be a laptop, mobile phone, etc)
  • Your Internet Service Provider (the company that provides your internet access)
  • When the issue happened
  • Where you were on our website when you encountered the issue
  • Any error messages that popped up

We’ll let you know how to resolve it as quickly as we can.

Once you have finished shopping and your chosen items have been added to your cart, you can view your order by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right of your screen. Below your items you will see a “Promotional Code” box. Enter your coupon code and click “Apply” – any discounts will then be reflected before you finalise your order.

We love hearing your opinions of the products we sell and the best way for you to do this is by leaving a review. It’s easy to leave a review – on every item page there is a form within the “review” tab that you can complete. Your review will appear on our website after we have moderated it (usually less than 24 hours).

Orders, returns and shipping

You can cancel your order if you change your mind before we have dispatched your chosen items. The best way you can get in touch is via telephone on 01138 730 118. Alternatively you can contact us via email or using our contact form by clicking here. We will reply as quickly as we can but sometimes when we are very busy this can take up to 24 hours.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can read our returns process by clicking here. Please allow up to 7 days for the goods to reach us and for your account to be refunded.

Sorry but our packing process is fully automated and this means that once an order is placed it cannot be added to. However you can cancel and re-place your order – read about this above.

You can track the progress of your order by logging in to your account here. We will send you regular updates via email as we process, dispatch and ship your order too.
